How often should I get my air conditioner cleaned?+
Generally once a year for most residential systems. If a system is used very frequently, or the environment is dustier or more contaminated (coastal, rural or high-humidity areas), every 6 to 9 months is a better guide. Commercial systems, clinics and childcare centres typically fall into this shorter 6 to 9 month range too, given continuous use and higher hygiene requirements.
Are you certified and insured?+
Yes. Our technicians are certified and nationally accredited in air conditioner hygiene, and fully insured.
How long does a clean take?+
A single split-system clean typically takes 30-45 minutes. Ducted systems and multi-unit commercial jobs take longer depending on system size and vent count, we'll give you an estimate when you book.
Do I need to be home during the service?+
For residential jobs, yes, unless other access arrangements are made. For commercial and rental properties we're happy to coordinate access with a property manager or building contact.
Pricing & booking
How much does a clean cost?+
Split-system cleaning starts from $140 per unit for multiple units, or $170 for a single unit. Ducted systems start from $300, and cassette units from $400. Bulk commercial and body corporate jobs are custom quoted.
Do you offer quotes for multiple properties or units?+
Yes, property managers, body corporate and commercial clients with multiple properties or units get a custom quote and consolidated invoicing.
How quickly will I hear back after requesting a quote?+
We aim to get back to you fast, usually the same day or next.
Do you require a deposit?+
No deposit is required for standard residential bookings. Larger commercial jobs may have separate payment terms, which we'll confirm upfront.

What systems do you clean?+
We clean split, ducted, cassette, ceiling suspended, window/RAC and air curtain systems for residential and commercial properties.
What areas do you service?+
We're based in Gympie and service the wider region including Gympie, Noosa and the Sunshine Coast. If you're just outside these areas, get in touch, we do travel further for the right job.
Can you work around business hours?+
Yes. We regularly schedule after-hours and weekend cleans for offices, clinics and schools to avoid disrupting operations.
What if my system has a fault, not just dirt build-up?+
We'll flag any maintenance issues we find, like blocked drains, leaks or worn parts, during the clean and talk you through the options.
