Cassette Air Conditioner Cleaning
A thorough, certified cassette clean that targets built-up mould, dust, bacteria and contamination, helping restore airflow and support cleaner indoor air in homes and workplaces.

Hidden above the ceiling, out of sight
Cassette units collect mould, dust and bacteria on the evaporator coil, fan, drain tray and internal surfaces. Because much of this build-up is hidden above the ceiling, the unit may look clean while still producing musty odours, weak airflow, water leaks or reduced cooling performance. A thorough clean removes this internal contamination and restores airflow and cooling efficiency.
Signs your cassette unit needs cleaning
Weak or uneven airflow across the room
Musty, stale odours while running
Visible dust, mould or debris around outlets
Water dripping or staining around the unit
Reduced cooling or longer running times
We believe in fair, transparent pricing
Every quote includes a thorough internal clean, not just a surface rinse. See full pricing →

How often should you clean your cassette unit?
Generally once every 12 months for most properties. If the unit is used very frequently, or the environment is dustier or more contaminated, every 6 to 9 months is a better guide. Commercial systems typically fall into this shorter 6 to 9 month range too. Curious what a clean actually involves? See what's included in a professional air conditioner clean.
